The season is well underway and events are planned for every weekend, so for this post I’ll try to pinpoint what I think will be the best events to attend. They aren’t all “festival” type events but hopefully they will have interesting grids on the best circuits.
31 May/01 June
Masters Historic Festival
Brands Hatch is perhaps the most popular UK circuit, with good viewing and, for the drivers, challenging corners.
The full Schedule can be found here: https://mastershistoricracing.com/events-and-results/brands-hatch-2025, but worth mentioning the Masters Racing Legends for Pre 66/85 Formula 1 cars who should bring the circuit alive; also look out for Masters Gentleman Drivers with the roaring V8 Cobras and E-Types threading their way among MGBs and Porsche 901s. Two days of racing nostalgia.

7/8 June
Equipe Classic Racing – Silverstone GP
Having been to the National Circuit mid-May, Equipe Classic Racing returns for a two day run around the GP circuit.
All nine of the regular series are running here: Libre; GTS; Formula Libre; Sports Prototypes; MG Cup 70s; Racing Sports Cars; 50s; and, Pre 63.

14/15 June
CSCC Silverstone National
The CSCC returns to Silverstone for two days of racing featuring all of its series.
21/22 June
HSCC Donington Park
A full weekend in Derbyshire for the HSCC featuring: Alfa Romeo & Italian Intermarque Championship • Classic Formula Ford • Griffiths Haig Trophy • Guards Trophy GT • Guards Trophy SR • Historic Formula Ford • Historic Formula Ford 2000 • Historic Roadsports • 70s Road Sports • Historic Saloons Pre ’66.
CSCC Thruxton Retro
A busy June for the CSCC continues with a one day visit to Thruxton for the Mike Hawthorn Trophy and Classic K series’.
28/29 June
A couple of choices this weekend.
CTCRC Brands Hatch
28th June sees the third edition of Supertouring Power on the Grand Prix Circuit. Day two is a full day of racing on the Indy Circuit. There will also be the CSCC New Millennium/Turbo Tin Tops on the Sunday.
The CTCRC website is here: https://classictouringcars.com/2025-calendar/
Motor Racing Legends Snetterton Classic
With thanks to Gillian Carr I have been corrected: She says “This year the event is a Touring Car exclusive with U2TC and Historic Touring Car Challenge grids only. HRDC will run their full portfolio of races on the Sunday.”
Wherever you decide to go, enjoy yourself.
