Planned Events

January to February 2024

A quiet January is coming to an end. It started with the Bicester Scramble on 07 January and looks like ending with a trip, for me, to the VSCC New Year Driving Tests at Brooklands on 28th January. 

February kicks off with the Aylesbury MG Club Annual Dinner on the 2nd, followed swiftly by the Car Collective in Leighton Buzzard on 04 February, and then the MG and Triumph Spares Day at Stoneleigh on 11th February. The Pomeroy Trophy at Silverstone organised by the VSCC takes place on 17th February. Then back to Stoneleigh for Ries Race Retro 23 to 25 February.

Another event in the Aylesbury/Milton Keynes/Leighton Buzzard triangle is the Haddenham Classics Breakfast Meet on 28th January. The last version of this was poorly attended (my MG broke down on the way (curses) ) but as with all “car” meets, it is vitally important that the organisers receive support, so if you have an hour and you like bacon butties (I’m sure vegetarian options are available) then please try to get along.
